Our cancellation & refund policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your payment, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange of Service.
To be eligible for a refund, you should cancel the Service Pack within 3-days of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted :
- Refund request raised after the mentioned time period.
- Invalid details or wrong information is provided from your side.
- If you fail to provide the necessary details or documents within time.
- If you do not have any valid reason for refund.
Once your refund request is accepted from us, you will receive the refund amount in your original mode of payment. We will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you fail to receive a refund within 7 working days, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Service & Booking
Only booking amount might be refunded, if you have paid for any external service and utilized it then the service amount cannot be refunded.
Upgrade or Changes
You can upgrade your Service Pack at any time and the amount will be adjusted in the Upgraded Pack. If you want to change the Services or add and modify any item in the present Service, you will have to pay subsequent charges for that item.
