Yes, the WeddingChimes Vendor Manager Tool is 100% free.
You have to 1st create an account and then login to your account.
From dashboard you can add different Vendors and Manage then according to your requirements.
Filter the Category and Location from the Dashboard to refine the Vendor list.
Based on your budget and requirement you can select the Vendors from the Dashboard.
Search for the Vendor based on Category and Location.
Then select the Vendor and fill-in the form to contact them.
